George Jeffrey Children’s Centre accepts referrals from parents/legal guardians, medical, social and educational professionals. Referrals can be completed by clicking the link below (preferred), or by completing the printable referral form which can be faxed to (807) 623-7161 or mailed to George Jeffrey Children’s Centre.
